Ministry Team

Before we introduce our Pastors and the rest of the staff team, we need to say that at Drouin Presbyterian Church the ministry team is never just the paid staff and pastors. We believe that Jesus has given every Christian the gifts and opportunities to serve their fellow Christians and the community around them. We see this happening at Drouin Presbyterian Church week-in and week-out as people express love to one another, pray for one-another, serve, provide, train and teach.

Drouin Presbyterian Church is a church where everyone is a part of the ministry team!

Having said that, we also have a leadership team of elders and deacons who oversee our church and some people set aside part time or full time to serve us. Here’s our staff team and their responsibilities.

Heath Easton

Pastor

Heath leads our church in the various ways God’s word is taught in our Sunday gatherings and throughout the week. He oversees our pursuit of being a loving and practically caring community of people who joyfully serve Jesus and each other. He trained at MST and PTC, and has been at DPC with his wife Melissa since 2012. They have three children.

Steve Jones

Pastor

Steve heads up our efforts to reach Drouin and beyond with the good news about Jesus. He also oversees our initiatives to be growing as disciples of Jesus and to be a people who pray in everything. Steve completed his ministry apprenticeship in Woolongong and trained at PTC. He, Martina and their four children have been at DPC since 2019.

Graeme Lowe

Pastoral Assistant

Graeme heads up our ministry to seniors- at church, in homes, in hospitals and in aged care facilities. He also helps to equip our whole church in providing pastoral care, one to another. Graeme and Wendy have one adult daughter and have served at various churches in NSW and Victoria since Graeme completed his training at PTC. He’s been on staff at DPC since 2020.

Christina Finley

Children's Ministry Worker

Christina has been a part of DPC since 2013 and she loves helping kids to know and follow Jesus. Christina trained at PTC and has been heading up all our ministries that make and mature disciples of children since 2025. She, Dom and their four children enjoy being part of our 8:40am congregation.

Hepzibah Haynes

Administrative Assistant

Hepzibah has grown up at DPC and has looked after all the administration here since 2023. She and Sean and their son enjoy being part of our 8:40am congregation.
